scrambled or bad channels

hi guys

just got a new starview box i have done a channel scan but it keeps comin up scrambled or bad channel.someone told me to put in a code 1570 on main menu but where on menu and when? can anyone help

 

just go to the main menu and press 1570 couldn't be simpler

 

what should happen when i do this?

 

a new menu should appear

 

u said i have to flsah my box how do i do that?

 

you need three things
1.null modem cable (9pin female to female cable)
2.gtrom loader
3.a firmware for your box
