The enter pin screen on my Samsung Galaxy S4 closes extremely fast. I push the power button and the screen opens, but then at 2 to 3 seconds the screen will close . One has to be very quick to enter the pin number to sign in. :DAny one had this problem please?:DSee attached.

Could be something to do with your screen timeout settings. Did you try changing the timeout duration by going to
    Apps > Settings > My device > Display > Screen timeout ?

Samsung devices have another option called "Smart Screen". Basically if you enabled this option, the device screen will turn off if the front-facing camera does not detect your face looking at the screen. Is it possible that you enabled Smart Screen?

    To access Smart Screen:
    • Press [IMG] and tap [IMG] > Settings > Display > Smart screen.

FYI with most if you plug in the charger or a usb cable with some kind of power on the other end they will stay on until they get to the system screen timeout value..

Yeah.. I've had to get mixed up with these bloody things now too..
