Hey After losing channels I did a power scan from 250 to 410. I picked up two extra transponders. 254 and 278. The channels I had lost turned up at 306. This transponder went for a while today but is now back on again. I never got the full 13 transponders anyway, but I'm receiving Setantas channels now.
I was told to scan from 290 to 410 like you said (290-403), but didn't get all transponders. Just recently I did a Power Scan from 250 which gave me two new transponders, at 254 and 278 ( could be 258 and 274, might have typed wrong other day) This is my point I am actually getting these two outside the usual range. Including these I'm only getting 9 transponders and not the usual 13.
