This is waiting to be installed on my pc as a critical update but it will not install. Each time I try to install it the icom will dissappear from my system tray for a few seconds & then return. I have tried turning off my Kaspersky Anti Virus but it makes no differance. I have also tied to install it direct off microsofts update page but it still will not install, anyone any ideas? Thanks!
God this stinks, I no nothing about operating systems I thought I might have done something wrong so I've reinstall it over and over again!!! OK, thanks for letting me vent, I will keep you posted!! Lynne
