Sega cue maker

    Hi guys don't know if anyone can help I am having problems trying to get the Sega cue maker to work on my Windows 10 pc I've downloaded the comdlg32.ocx and put It ware is told me to and type in the command it told me to but it still don't work I've been trying for days now with no luck

    64 bit or 32 bit windows? what error message does it display?

    I am on a 64 bit and it says
    Was loaded but the call to dllregisterserver failed code error 0x8002801c
