"Select drive"

    I have installed XCopy Express and have no problems using it (as administrator). But my son (another USER under XPpro) gets the message to run the "select drive" program. But it doesn't seem to run, although the PCsetup program has correctly identified my drives (Memorex dual layer DVD burner and Sony DVD player). Any ideas?
