I just got this new Tosbiba laptop and it is great and I am having a hard time connecting to my wireless router from Verizon. Sometimes I get connected but I have to reset the password and other things like looking for the isp address. so could anyone help get started and see what I did wrong or set me straight. Thanks

what operating system does your laptop have?
Does the router have security enable where you have to use an SSID name and password to access the internet?
