Shaky playback using TMPGEnc

I have followed the Afterdawn guide and have produced a SVCD from a DVD, the problem is on playback the image shakes every few frames (audio is perfect). The problem is evident when TMPGEnc is analysing the frames, every few frames the image is broken. Has anyone encountered this problem before and what is the solution. This is my first visit to the forum so apologies if this topic has been discussed previously.

No, I have never encountered it. A question: how did you set 'Modion Search Precision' in [Advenced setting] of TMPGenc? "Vsry High Quality (very slow)" or "High Quality (slow)" at least, isn't it?

Since you spoke about SVCDs and DVDs, read my 'sticky' thread http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/125553, please.
