Go to Shop4tech.com if you want cheaper dvd media than the retail stores offer. If you live in the US then you can be entitled to free shipping on selected dvd media

    Thanks for the comment.

I have a really good felling about this site cause they list what burners are compatible with there media plus a detailed description.

Im oredering a bundle of there ritek media thats suposed to be compatible with pioneers a05.
but all in all we need more replys on the subject. Thanks! plus I would like to hear more about the new a05 firmware upgrade. any one that has tested it could set up a test results forum or just post it here.

I had a good feeling about this site too and ordered 100 PrimeDisc DVD-R's. I read the user feedback and comments on them and decided to order them for my DMR-E30. Boy do these suck. Out of the 20 or so disks I've used, 14 have U11 error messages. One got stuck inside the machine and I had to take the unit back to where I bought it. Fortunately it was under warranty and was exchanged. I sent an email to them and filled out a form for a refund but haven't heard anything. Will repost when I hear something.

I've found shop4tech to be great!
I have a pioneer A04 drive and have purchased a couple hundred ritek discs from them. They burn at 2x flawlessly and I haven't had any problems.
    100 pack ritek $86.99.
    100 pack of cases $29.99.

I never said that Shop4Tech wasn't good. I did however point out the problem I have with the PrimeDisc media. As for Shop4Tech they have been great and are going to exchange them for me. I was only pointing out my particular experience with PrimeDisc and wanted to let others know that they may have the same problem in their Panasonic DMR-E30 recorder if they use that particular media.
