I am trying to backup a DVD of mine, it's new fresh out of case. I put it in my drive and when I open Shrink and it reads the disc it says "Programming error," something about being unable to read the disc, and "Invalid access to memory location." When this happens, in the preview screen I see the video is pixelated. I tried to copy to my hard drive using Intervideo DVDCopy2 (yes, i know this program sucks) and the program just shuts down. What' going on?

Try ripping with DVD Decrypter first, then run it through Shrink.

    What movie is it?
