I had a similar error as mine choked on reallocation of various ts video vob's; however, what I did to correct it was painstaking.

I tried many different approaches, but in the end, this was the sequence that seemed to work for me, maybe it will help you.

Uninstall DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter.
Reinstall your Nero (this to make sure your aspi's are installed and registered correctly)
    reboot
    Reinstall DVD Decrypter
    Reinstall DVD Shrink

Hope this helps and sorry I am not able to dissect your error message by providing a more difinitive resaon for your errors.

You might want to edit out your nero serial #1A23-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx. Somebody may steel it.

What media are you using? I couldn't locate the manufacturers code in the nero log.Your hp firmware"version 3.11" may not be able to handle it.

Poor media can cause a lot of problems for dvd buning. It's the #1 problem. Also, your firmware must recognize the manufacturers code to be able to burn it.

You might want to try to burn at 2.4x and see if it does the same. Good Luck

    Nero version 6.3.1.15.
    Current available Nero version 6.6.0.6.
    http://www.nero.com/us/nero-up.php
    Firmware 3.11.
    Current available firmware 3.20.

power calibration errors are usually caused by poor quality media, media that doesn't match the burner firmware, or a dirty burner laser lens.
Update firmware, try different disc's, use a lens cleaner disc.
InCD is a known problem for backing up DVD-Video disc's on some systems and should be uninstalled whenever it could possibly be causing burning failure. If you get the failure resolved, then it can be tried again to see if it will work on your system.
