i have searched and read some posts. i have updated my drivers, but cant find service pack 2(if thats the problem). when doing the initial analizing it now takes 3min, when doing just main movie analizing takes 40-60min and encoding takes 40-60min.usually working at 2000kb. burning with decryptor is normal about 10min.making backups has now become a real pain,it used to take 20-30min tops.please help?

How old is your burner? What's the model #? How many backups have you made with this burner? Do you use this burner to rip and burn or is there a seperate dvd drive that rips?

Check to see if it is set to DMA. It might have reverted back to PIO.
