Hi I am very new to this but have worked out that I need to use dvd shrink to copy my dvd films, but every time I download it shows as complete but I can not open it. Can you help please
Hi Lesley, like you I'm new snf most this stuff, and most the folk who can answer, in positive manner. Need a little more info, about what OS you're using how much H/d, an Ram, endless questions. For simple questions. like stones thrown at a Bell. LOL
I am using Windows 98se I have 6.51 GB free space on my hard drive and am using Burn on CD & DVD but did not know I had a RAM in my computer? Where would I find it. All or any help please.

The amount of free space available on your hard drive is very marginal for DVD encoding/burning etc. ______________________________________ 6.51 GB free space on my hard drive ______________________________________ Normally, a minimum of 10% of your hard disk space is recommeded to be free to handle temporary and background transitiions. DVD encoding/burning can often require 10 to 12GB free hardisk space.
Hi Have just tried to reinstall shrink in my documents but after it is completed and I click on the icon in documents it says open with other. Any idea what I am doing wrong. I have 2 hard drives in my computer one is 10GB and the other is 20GB which has 19GB of free space.
Hi all. Lesley, do you have other DVD backup/burning/editing sotwares installed (Pinnacle, Roxio,...)? Have you tried any of the previous DVD Shrink versions? (downloadable form http://myweb.absa.co.za/arnover/ )
