slave, master, or cable?

    i'm trying to install an internal hard disk into an external enclosure...what should i set the hard disk be?
    and i'm trying to install dvd-rw drive into an external enclosure...what should i set it be?
    slave, master, or cable???

    you probably can set both as master as it won't be seen as such thru windows but as storage devices. because usb doesn't use mastr/slave/cs settings it doesn't matter

    How about you read the manual?? It says set it to master.
