Just bought a slide tool with swap magic. At first it worked fine, but now the tray won't stay inside the PS2. The eject light just keeps blinking and the tray just ejects all the time.

    Can anyone help me please??

does it do it with every game or just certain games? ive heard of this problem where a certain game will eject the tray with the cog method but most other games work.

It dosent stay in no mather what disk i put in. Even when the tray is emty. Maybe I have broken something inside with the slide tool. I'm beginning to think that I need to open the PS2 and look inside...

Might have knocked the white peg out of place from the underside track of the tray? If you take apart the console this is simple to realign, if this is your problem anyway.
