Questions (Answer in the same numbered points):

    1. Are your internet settings configured correctly for BT?

    2. What is your actual download/upload speed? (Seeing you're using AOL it's not going to be very good :p)

    Recommendations:

Since you don't seem the intelligent type that knows how to use capital letters and basic English grammar, I recommend you try the Azureus BT Client, as it will do a check whether your internet settings are configured properly. Also, it's a very fast client.

When I meant what is your actual download/upload speed, I was talking about the actual advertised speed.

If they're all set to "default" and you haven't messed with them, try the Azureus BT Client, as I mentioned above, it will do a check.
