smart protection 2012

anyone have any luck getting rid of this? i have tried malwarebytes but it blocks it along with everything else? using windows 7 profession if it matters.

 

try running malwarebytes in safemode.

 

i was using the latest. it did not work in safe mode. even after i changed it to iexplorer.exe it still would not come up

 

download,update,and run hijack this.dont fix anything at this time.post the log.
