Smart rip-piece missing?

    Hi, can anyone help. Made back up using Smart rip and the brilliant guide on this website but the first 15 mins or so of the film didn´t get ripped, therefore are missing. Tried everything I can think of but cant get smart rip to find the missing bit.
    Any suggestions gratefully recieved.

    And, by the way, sound and picture weren´t in sync, if anyone has a quick answer. Probably just some setting I missed.

    Thanx dRD, managed to get the missing bit using Rippak. Just the sync to get right.

    Sync problem might be caused by FILM format instead of PAL/NTSC. Check the VOB format when previweing with DVD2AVI, if it's FILM then you need to encode using NTSCFilm template in TMPGEnc (if you are making VCDs..).
