SMART RIPPER WON'T RECONIZE DVD'S

    MY SMART RIPPER WONT RECONIZE DVD OR ANYTHING FOR THAT MATTER . IT SAYS DVD NOT FOUND I'VE TRIED MORE THEN ONE AND IT'S THE SAME FOR ALL . IM BRAND NEW TO THIS PRODUCT SO MAYBE I'M DOING SOMETHING WRONG .ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRETIATED .

    Try playing the DVD in a DVD player program them use smartripper.

    This is a compatibility issue. If the drive was locked it would still verify that a dvd was found. SmartRipper may not be able to read from your dvd-rom drive!

    Try playing your DVD in your DVD player on PC first!!!!
    Sometimes SmartRipper just won't recognize DVD till it's played first !!!!!

    There is a way to check if its compatible with your dvd drive. When you open SmartRipper and the main window comes up, you will see a eject and reload button in the top right hand corner. Click the foler with a magnifine glass on it! Now you should be able to see the dvd drive. Try to see if it will read files from it!
