What exactly is the error message and did you install it correctly?

Well, i am a german user so i will try to translate it and dont laught :):

SmartRipper.exe has caused a problem and will be closed.
If you havent finish your work, it is possible that you will loos some data.
Please report this problem to Microsoft.
A report, which you can send to us, has been prepared. We will check it out....bla bla bla bala

I think that the old bluescreen has been replaced by this message.

Installing: i have leeched the file and extraced into a folger like: D:\Riptools\Smartripper
and i made a shortcut on my desktop. That is all what i did.

Sounds truly something that doesn't have much options, something in your system is conflicting and causes the app to crash. One of these things, sorry mate :) Try something else, like cladDVD or DVD Decrypter.
