.smv video files

    I just purchased a mp3 player that plays video also but they have to be .smv files. Does anyone out there have any experience with this type of file? Is there any software out there where I can back up my dvds to be able to watch them on this?

    This is a great tip but now is there a software out there that is free that will conver dvd to mpeg?

    If you have a .VOB just change it to .mpg
