Take into consideration the size of your project. If you leave all the extras your compression numbers will be lower and your quality will be lousy, hence the more you remove the better.

Hi dlo You didnt mention if you have a dual layered burner or not.If you have one, then theres no need for compression.If you dont have one,you only have 4.36 gb(dvd5)to put all the data of a comercial disc which has sometimes as much as 7 or 8 gb's(dvd9) As crazy has mentioned,the more compression, the less picture quality, and sound.
