i get red and green lights and was wondering is the chip bad, because i've checked the soldering over and over, plus will it work with the red and green lights
He's got an Xenium ICE Since you've got everything soldered try and snug down the chip and also recheck the Do wire. Do all of this without the DVD and Harddrive hooked up. Start up the box to see if you get the red operating screen. The flashing red and green (FRAG) is a warning telling you that something is wrong. The chip won't work until this error is corrected.
