A dvd has a capacity of 4.7 gb, but there are some movies that are for example: 7.8GB, 8.1 Gb,
so my question is how do i do the back up of a movie if it is 7.45GB and If I just have a 4.7 dvd.
can I do it within 2 standards dvds (4.7)

Im not sure if this question belongs here, but to simply answer your question just go to the guides section of AD and they will explain everthing you need to do. http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/
Scroll down to the DVD-R guides and all your questions will be answered.

You need to compress the disc contents. Use dvd shrink to compress & nero to burn. There is a dvd shrink forum in Afterdawn. I would have a look if I were you.
