Some power problems.

    Ok, to make this alot easier, I will put some pictures up.

    This is the cord that connects to the reset and open buttons on the front of the ps2. It was accidently removed though.

    This is a picture of the tip of the cord. It has a blue tip.

    The cord was connected to something in the side of the PS2.

    Maybe somewhere in there...

    Anyways, I have 2 questions. If any of them are answered, my problem is solved.
    1. Where do I connect that cord?
    2. Is there anyway I can turn on the ps2 without using the reset button along with the power button?

    it connects underneath that dvd drive i beleive. the easiest way to reconnect it would be to take everything apart to expose the motherboard.
