someone please help unlock nokia 6103b

    can someone help me unlock my nokia 6103b? it's locked on T-mobile in the USA, IMEI#359371005168648
    is there any other information that may be necessary? there are a bunch of numbers in the phone that i'm not quite sure what to do with.
