Sometimes its in Color, sometimes in B&W

    Wierdest thing.....if any one has an explanation for this, let me know.

    I downloaded the latest Harry Potter (#3) via torrent. Burned OK to DVD+R. Thing is, depending on which DVD player I play it in, it plays either in color or in a strange black & white setting.

    Is this a PAL thing?

    If you run a forum search for "PAL to NTSC" you're sure to find plenty of information about the conversion process.
