Sony DRU-510A vs. Pioneer DVR-A06U (Which is better?)

    Hey everyone! Thinking about picking up a new DVD Burner and was looking for feedback on either of these models if anyone has one of them. Trying to figure out which one more people would prefer and like to hear both pros and cons of each. Thanks for the feedback!

    The DVR106 is the better drive to go with. In saying that, i wouldnt buy either if i was in your place. I would buy the Pioneer DVR105 at £94 ($145 US) and wait 4-5 months for the Pioneer DVR107 to come out supporting 8x writing capabilities over the current 4x. Imagine burning a complete disc in 7mins 30secs. Wow

    The Pioneer is not as finicky about cheaper media than the Sony burners have been... Less headaches...
