    CAN ANYONE GIVE ME ANY INFORMATION ON THE SONY VPH 1042 PROJECTOR PLEASE

    HOW GOOD THE PICTURE IS
    WHAT IT WILL BE LIKE WITH SATALITE TV AND DVDS

    Hi Duane, it really depends on its condition. It will have a good CRT type contrast of 15,000:1, but it all depends on the quality of the individual tubes. Its picture reolution is at max at around 480i and has around 500 Lumens. With DVD's it will probably be fine, but you may need to invest in a scaler to get the picture quality u desire and they can be expensive.

    Also, to replace the individual tubes is very expensive considering the low cost of the projectors now.
