Sound transfers to TV but no picture

Hi,

At first there was no problem looking at movies with DivX 2.0 Alpha on my TV. I have a Matrox G450 Dualhead (32Mb) graphic card. Then I tried to install WinDVD and after I uninstalled it ihe problems started. I lost the picture on the TV. Now im thinking I might have deleted some .dll files or similar that I wasn't supose to. Any ideas how to fix this problem without formating and reinstalling XP? I already tried to reinstall XP on to the old version, didn't help.

Yes, a couple of times, didn't help. I also tried to download a few patches, but no result.

 

Maybe try reinstalling windvd and see if the dll's are back if you think that is really the problem but I'd start looking at trying to install the card in another PC and see if it's the card.
