special precautions?

    are there any special precautions i need to be aware of before i re-flash my flash0 manually in recovery mode?

    Just that remember to make a backup of all the original files. Just copy the entire flash0 in to some safe place. So you can recover (copy the files back) if something goes wrong.

    ok, but if i delete the entire flash0 ( to put my backup in )surly the screen will just go black and itll disconnect its self from my pc.... the reason i think this is because i heard that the recovery files are stored in the flash0, if i delete all the contents of the folder (flash0), how will the psp know how to keep the flash0 chip connected to the pc?

    Also, will i have to format the flash0???
