   I split an AVI with Virtualdub and burned it and the first half plays on my pc fine.
   
   The second half has the sound and visual out of sync.
   
   Why did this happen? How can I fix it?

   You may be able to fix it by playing around with the audio interleaving. Open VDub --> Audio --> Interleaving.
