Hi all. I've bought a used Sony PSP off some local auction site. It's great except that the square button seems to be a bit loose and produces cracking sound when pressed really hard. I could see the edge of the screen beneath it through the hole. It presses on it. My PSP is 1004 and is a recent one. I thought they fixed the square button thing. Oh Sony.. Is there anything I can do to fix it without opening up the PSP? Like inserting a piece of something as a pad for the button to press on? I've tried with hard paper and rubber, but it only made it worse. If not, I might open it up if there's really a way to work this out. Thanks a lot for the advice.
