Its looking like it alright, if you connected it correctly in the neighbours and its not getting any channels.

Just to clarify you have checked the box in your neighbours and yours - The cable is in the cable input on the box - The scart is in the TV output in the box and connected to the TV and when you autoscan on NTL provider, nothing is coming in and no channels are showing loaded when the scan is finished?

yes, that it exactly. Could it be the keys are wrong or maybe it needs to be flashed again?

Sometimes you need to press the set default key in the secret menu give it a go after the autoscan(by the way dont mention it!)

Try the incoming N*L b0x on the wall and make sure its plugged into TV and not FM , and it goes into the Sratvi*w "Cable Input"

Have you got channels on it or still no channels found ?

Press menu then 1570 and go into nagravision and look at Provider ID 54 01 for N*L and tell us the codes for 00 and 01 ,

Another option is press menu then 1570 and press "Set Default Key" and see if that helps

Ok reflashing wont do any harm , I was going to suggest that anyway

Ok try this and see if it works

    Menu > Factory Setting
    PIN 0000
    OK to delete

Turn box off at the back for a minute and turn back on

    English > Installation
    Choose N*L
    Automatic Scan
    Press OK
    145 Channels found etc
    Exit

    Press Menu then 1570
    Turn EMU key ON

    Exit , exit , exit

    Ok lol

Ok now , Power off SV from the back and disconnect the N*L cable from the back of the Starvi*w and the scart also

Wait one minute and connect the N*L cable back into "Cable Input" port and the scart back into the TV port and turn the power back on

Ok, I turned off the b*x at the back, took out the n*l cable from "cable input", took out scart from "tv" port. Waited a min then put it all back in to the right ports, turned it on. I then went into installation, selected n*l, did auto scan and at 100% it says "0 Programs found".
