starview box channels playing up HELP

i have flashed my box with the software for the clone starview but the channels are still freezing and appering distilled is there anything else i can do to stop this

 

Try turn off the b0x for a min and check the scart and coax cables are in secure , then turn your b0x back on

 

hiya i have tried this and still nothing

 

Just curious , Press Menu > System Information and tell me what the API is
