Hi wondered if any1 had shared this problem and could help..... My starview box keeps freezing and the box seems to turn off and back on by itself for a few seconds and then come back on again..... it freezes and the remote wont work... Also on the display on the box it just shows 0... sometimes it will work for an hour or so fine or longer than this problem will occour and normally lasts a long time..... Please help!!! Thanks
Display 0 Its a hardware fault. 1.Remove the cap (c21) electrolytic near the ribbon on the psu board. 2.Boot the box , it should boot to on and function correctly , the psu will hum ignore it , just let it boot to ON ,then turn it back off. 3.Replace electrolytic cap (c11) 1000 mic @10v on the psu board , resolder (c21) thats it done.
