   had problems with sound on sky sports 1, deleted channel as instructed by someone, now i cant get channel back. any suggestions. gettin desperate

   Either do a manual scan on the fequency for that channel (post what area you are in & someone should trll you what it is) or do a factory reset & re-scan.
