    Hi everyone,

I have recently got a starview box and have downloaded all software and downloaded channels etc.

I have a problem with some channels being clipped ie having the image display in widescreen type mode. but other channels are displaying fine on my TV.

    Any solutions please

    Thanks

I don't know what it is but Sky sports 2,3 and xtra are displayed correctly whereas sports 1 is clipped

I was going to buy a new tv anyway so it doesn't make much of a difference. Also when I scan for channels on the starview is it ok to scan for TW channels and NT channels, also on the bottom of the screen it says DVB-C and then different frequencies next to them it says OK but on some of them it says failed

    What do I do

    Help! Thanks

i would just scan for whatever region you are in. as for all the other things underneath just ignore them saying failed . after you heave scanned all your channels will be there.
