This used to work OK on cable, but now it "looks" dead since a couple of weeks ago. No display. No lights. I have checked the PSU and all is working OK - all supplies are intact. It could just be plain dead due to hardware failure. Is there a factory reset I can do - and how do I do it ?? Thanks in advance.
is yor box a clone or genuine starview.what firmware had you on it.if your box is a clone and you put firmware v2.60,v3.00 or v4.00 your box will need a jtag.
