Put the box back into the room you had it working , you dont need to rescan when putting into a different tv

    Hi, All,

If anyone has "THE BOX", please leave it plugged into the MAINS at all times, never switch it off, when not using it, just put it in STANDBY MODE.

It should work in another room , you do not need to rescan for channels as they will be there , Just make sure you have your incoming cable and scart lead in properly.

    Hi,Ya,

Today ,just to try it out, ok. I moved THE BOX upstairs to the bedroom, whereby i have the ordinary cable N*L, basic package. Then connected my box to it, i went back to factory settings and started all over again. EVERYTHING WORKED JUST LIKE DOWN STAIRS.........

Hope this is of help to you.......... I used a scart lead..

    try a manual scan
menu , installation, manual scan, downfrequency.
channels should come in again so you will prob have duplicates of certain ones.
    just delete the bad channels

Ok the only other solution is to check ur cables and scarts are in correctly
other than that i would personally do a full autoscan..
if that dont work 'a factory reset' and autoscan again.....
