starview the box

hi
can anyone help me,i just bought a sv box called the box,can anybody tell me what to do to recieve all the channels,im no expert so i need help from what to download and step by step instructions on how to install into the box

ok go to the main menu,system information and what is the api.

 

the api is 4.00e_E

 

have you done a channel scan.

 

yer i done a channel scan but most of them are scrambled

 

ok when on the channels press menu to go to the main menu,then press 1 5 7 0 this will bring you to the cas menu at the end of the list it will say emu off turn to on.then exit back to a scrambled channel and let it update.
