hi guys i have no sound on some music ch.and i have no picture on some of the uk ch our sound.does anyone no of new updates.

 

First delete the channels that are not working for you and then go to Menu > Installation and do an automatic scan and the channels found will be at the end of your list

the uk ch are now working fine.but still no sound on some music ch.thanks for the help

 

Go to the ones that had no sound and press the audio button on the remote select eng and that should be it.

 

i have tryed the audio but it seems to be stuck on und and when i try to move it.it just keeps on going l to r and will not let me change it
