Starview will not work

Well could anyone help me on this, I have a starview box though its a clone due to it havin 18x7 vents on the top. The problem with it is when switched on 4 of these kind of lines (-) come across and then programs come in on it in sequence 0001-0140, now though its the same 4 lines then its 0 and a blank screen. Can someone please tell me how can I fix this many thanks.Joey
