Hi everyone, can anyone help me with a question please.im looking to buy a starview box from ebay but need to check about ntl.am i required to have a current subscription or to be using ntl services currently for these boxes to work? I was using their internet and phone service a while ago but no longer.as the connector for cable is still there can i just plug in and go or does it depend if the line is active? Any help would be greatly appreciated.thank you in advance

IF YOU HAVE NO SERVICE AT ALL OF THEM YOU WONT NEED A SPLITTER. THESE BOXES HAVE NO TALK BACK TO THE CABLE COMPANYS. IF YOUR LINE IS DEAD JUST ORDER THE BASIC AND CHEAPEST PACKAGE BEST OF LUCK .
