I have Any DVD, DVD Shrink and Nero Burn. AnyDVD cracked the encryption but shrink can't (or won't) find or acknowledge the files. I deleted the files and am ready to start from scratch. I've got these 3 programs and a burner; what do I do? I printed out the steps someone else url'd me but I'm still kinda lost. Can SOMEONE please help?!?!?

Im sure you have DVD burner right? You would be amazed on how many people try to backup a dvd with a cd burner. Also what movie are you trying to backup?

Heres a cool little guide and tutorial for shrink.

    geestar,

If he only had a cd burner, how could AnyDVD recognize that a dvd had been loaded and remove the encryption?

    Dogg66,

I don't use AnyDVD, but if I understand what it does, it isn't going to actually rip any files. You'll have to rip (copy) the files to hard drive first with other software. While I use dvd decrypter for this, I think dvd shrink can do it too.
