stopes working

every time i try to run rip it 4 me it stopes running how do i fix this problem i am using vista

 

Try to run it in Compatability Mode

Right click on the Icon Then go to properties, after that click on compatibilitiy, then choose wind. xp. but I don't think that is your problem. you may want to try un-installing rip and re-installing it
