Hi mhalweg, how you doin? Sorry to say but there needs to be alot more info to make an accurate diagnosis. Is this an original DVD? Is it a backed up DVD? What differences are there between the two pc's(software wise)? Are you getting any error messages at all? The more info you provide the better. Cheers.
it is the original disc. i just briefly talked with my friend last night and he just wanted me to tell him why his computer won't recognize the disc. He can't even just watch it on his computer let alone back it up. He never mentioned any errors. There are not 2 pc's just his. I may remotely assist him later on tonight to see if i can figure it out. he's not very cpu literate. just was curious if anyone else has been unable to even play the movie on their cpu. I post back in about 14 hrs or so with my findings. thanks
