I have a little issue with watching some movies streamed from my PC to the XBMC. Some movies will play back visually fine, but the audio is scrambled(high pitched; kinda like smurfs on Heliumn). The same movie will play fine on any other of the three xboxs in the house. It is not limited to any codec, as the next movie in the same codec plays fine. I am running the latest T3CH release and it would do it on the previous release as well. I would stream from a different PC and sometimes it would happen as well. I'm out of ideas, so any help would be appreicated!

Sounds like a Layer 1 issue!

Start with the Cat5 cables, then look at the NIC on both the Xbox and PC.
