subtitle help with nero

    hi iam having a little trouble with nero when i burn dvds it cuts off the subtitles at the bottom. if anyone could help me it would be a big help, thank you

    You might want to state what resolution the original video is in and what resolution your are using when you burn it. Also, what utility are you using?

    original is 4:3 and burning as 4:3 and im not sure what you mean by utility.

    Is it 720x480 or what--PAL or NTSC? I don't know much about subtitles, but you may have to custom the resolution for it to fit correctly---

    - Video mode: NTSC
    - Aspect ratio: 4:3
    - Quality: High Quality (8000 kbit/s)
    - Resolution: 720 x 480 (CCIR-601 D1)

    this is right out of the burn log
