Does anyone know how can I adjust sequences timing within the whole film?

I put subtitles on a documentary I edited myself, and I removed titles that separated the sequences. As a result the internal timings within all those sequences was altered.

Before starting to correct sub by sub, I wonder if there's an easy way to do it, like moving forward or back whole blocks of subtitles

As many times before I end up answering my very question myself.

Subtitle Workshop has a function, in Edit/Timings called Delay, where you mark all the subtitles you want to move simultaneously and specify how much will they move.

Apparently you can only move them backwards, which in my case solved my problem. I wonder how you could move them forward.

You can set positive or negative delays. Move the subs forward with a negative delay.
